Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 25 March 2021 that Geoff Carter, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 20,583 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company respectively on the dates below at an average price of 240.50 pence.

Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Carter confirm they hold 1,575,955 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.63 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
