Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 27 October 2020 that James Ockenden, Chief Actuary, and his wife Rebecca Ockenden, purchased 8,746 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company respectively on the dates below at an average price of 230.04 pence.

Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Ockenden confirm they hold 788,746 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.32 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
