Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre"), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 5 August 2020 that both Trevor Webb, Claims Director, sold 340,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company and his wife, Kelly Webb sold 4,285 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company at an average price of 280.22 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").

Following the transaction, Mr Webb and Mrs Webb, together hold 1,201,087 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.48 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
