Board Change

Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Group" or "Sabre") announces that Catherine Barton, Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, will step down from the Board with effect from 26 November 2021 to pursue an executive opportunity in the insurance industry. The Board has begun a process to recruit an additional Non-executive Director, and in the meantime, subject to regulatory approval, Ian Clark will Chair the Audit Committee.
