Application for admission

Further to the announcement on 16 December 2019, the Board of Sabien announces that application has now been made for the 200,000,000 placing shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on or around 9 January 2019, conditional on the approval by the Company's shareholders of the necessary resolutions to authorise the directors to issue the placing shares and granting disapplication of pre-emption rights at the General Meeting of the Company convened for 11.00 am on Wednesday, 8 January 2020.
