PDMR shareholding

As previously announced on 5 February 2018 Mr Karl Monaghan's spouse gave an instruction on 31 January 2018 for the transfer of 282,050 ordinary shares in the Company, of which she is sole beneficiary, from Alliance Trust Savings to AJ Bell You Invest. 

Mr Monaghan informed the Company on 26 March 2018 that further to the announcement of 15 March 2018 which stated that 136,041 ordinary shares were transferred, the balance of 146,009 ordinary shares has now also been transferred and accordingly the whole transfer of a total of 282,050 ordinary shares completed.
