Sabien (AIM: SNT), the manufacturer and supplier of M2G, an energy efficiency technology, announces that further to the placing announced on 20 July 2015 which completed yesterday, Mr Bruce Gordon is now interested directly and indirectly, via TVI 2 Ltd, in 5,758,356 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the share capital of the Company representing 13.1% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
