Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM:SNT), the company focused on a green aggregation strategy, announces that further to the Company's announcement on 19 February 2024, Sabien has been notified that Richard Parris, Executive Chairman and CEO of Sabien, has purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 3 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 8.0p per Ordinary Share (together the "Share Purchase").
Following the Share Purchase, Richard Parris holds 5,081,459 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 22.89% of the Company's issued share capital.
