Director's Shareholding

Sabien Technology Group PLC (AIM: SNT), the manufacturer and supplier of M2G, a boiler energy efficiency technology, has been notified that on 25 March 2015 Karl Monaghan, a non-executive director, transferred 84,500 ordinary shares of five pence ("Ordinary Shares") each in the Company to his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) at a price of 13.75 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this transaction Karl Monaghan's holding remains unchanged at 1,257,945 Ordinary Shares which represent approximately 4% of the Company's issued share capital.
