Retirement of Gus Orchard as Finance Director and Company Secretary
The Board of Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM: SNT) announces that after nearly 11 years, Gus Orchard is today retiring as Finance Director and Company Secretary of Sabien and of its subsidiary companies.
It is intended to appoint Ed Sutcliffe as Company Secretary. Ed will also act as interim finance director (non-board level) until a permanent successor is appointed.
Ed is a member of the Institute of Chartered accountants and has spent 12 years working in a range of corporate finance, restructuring and accounting roles for professional services firms. He spent eight years in New Zealand with PwC where he worked on a number of high profile IPO's.

I would like to thank him for the tremendous contribution that he has made to Sabien since he was appointed as Finance Director more than 11 years ago. Gus played a valuable role in supporting the growth of Sabien and the management team through his vast knowledge and experience of working within industry.
