Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie

Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie deliberato dall'assemblea degli azionisti il 6 maggio 2021 e il 28 aprile 2022, ed avviato il 4 aprile 2022, Sabaf S.p.A. comunica che nel periodo tra il 3 ottobre 2022 e il 7 ottobre 2022 ha acquistato complessivamente n. 1.136 azioni Sabaf ad un prezzo medio unitario di 18,0044 euro per azione e per un controvalore complessivo pari a 20.672,59 euro.

In data 3 ottobre 2022, inoltre, al perfezionamento dell'acquisizione del 100% di P.G.A. s.r.l. e a parziale pagamento del prezzo, Sabaf S.p.A. ha ceduto ai venditori n. 99.132 azioni proprie in portafoglio, valorizzate a euro 21,2704 cadauna, pari alla media dei prezzi ufficiali del trimestre precedente.

A seguito di tali operazioni Sabaf possiede, alla data del 7 ottobre 2022, un totale di n. 211.294 azioni proprie, pari all'1,832% del capitale sociale.

Update on the execution of the buy-back programme

With reference to the buy-back programme approved by the shareholders on 6 May 2021 and 28 April 2022, and launched on 4 April 2022, Sabaf S.p.A. informs that in the period between 3 October 2022 and 7 October 2022 acquired no. 1,136 treasury shares at an average unit price of € 18.0044 per share, for a total amount of € 20,672.59.

Furthermore, on 3 October 2022, upon completion of the acquisition of 100% of P.G.A. s.r.l. and in partial payment of the price, Sabaf S.p.A. sold to sellers no. 99,132 treasury shares, valued at euro 21.2704 each, equal to the average of the official prices of the previous quarter.

Following to such operations, Sabaf owns, as at 7 October 2022, no. 211,294 treasury shares, amounting to 1.832% of the share capital.
