Update on the execution of the buy-back programme

With reference to the buy-back programme approved by the shareholders on 5 May 2015 and launched on 14 September 2015, Sabaf S.p.A. informs that in the period between 28 December 2015 and 30 December 2015 acquired no. 1,678 treasury shares at an average unit price of € 11.4504 per share, for a total amount of € 19,213.71.
