Calendario finanziario 2025

Sabaf S.p.A. rende note le date previste per le prossime riunioni del Consiglio di Amministrazione:

• 25 marzo 2025, approvazione del progetto di bilancio d'esercizio e del bilancio consolidato 2024
• 13 maggio 2025, approvazione resoconto intermedio di gestione del primo trimestre 2025
• 4 settembre 2025, approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale 2025
• 11 novembre 2025, approvazione del resoconto intermedio di gestione del terzo trimestre 2025

È previsto che l'Assemblea degli azionisti chiamata ad approvare il bilancio d'esercizio al 31 dicembre 2024 si riunisca in unica convocazione il giorno 29 aprile 2025.

Il management di Sabaf incontrerà la comunità finanziaria nell'ambito dell'Euronext Star Conference il 27 marzo 2025.

I giorni 25 marzo, 13 maggio, 4 settembre e 11 novembre 2025 alle ore 16,00 il management della Società organizzerà delle conference call per illustrare i risultati di periodo agli analisti finanziari.

Financial Calendar 2025

Sabaf S.p.A. informs that the Board of Directors is expected to meet on the following days during 2025:

• March 25th, approval of 2024 draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements
• May 13th, approval of 2025 first quarter interim report
• September 4th, approval of 2025 half year report
• November 11th, approval of 2025 third quarter interim report

The annual general meeting will be called on 29th April 2025 to approve the financial statements as of 31st December 2024.

Sabaf's management will meet the financial community during the Euronext STAR Conference, on March 27th, 2025.

On March 25th, May 13th, September 4th and November 11th at 4.00 pm CET the management of the Company will organize a conference call in order to present the quarterly results to the financial analysts.
