Calendario finanziario 2024

Sabaf S.p.A. rende note le date previste per le prossime riunioni del Consiglio di Amministrazione:

• 19 marzo 2024, approvazione del progetto di bilancio d'esercizio e del bilancio consolidato 2023
• 14 maggio 2024, approvazione resoconto intermedio di gestione del primo trimestre 2024
• 5 settembre 2024, approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale 2024
• 12 novembre 2024, approvazione del resoconto intermedio di gestione del terzo trimestre 2024

È previsto che l'Assemblea degli azionisti chiamata ad approvare il bilancio d'esercizio al 31 dicembre 2023 si riunisca in unica convocazione il giorno 08 maggio 2024.

Il management di Sabaf incontrerà la comunità finanziaria nell'ambito dell'Euronext Star Conference programmata dal 19 al 21 marzo 2024.

I giorni 19 marzo, 14 maggio, 5 settembre e 12 novembre 2024 alle ore 16,00 il management della Società organizzerà delle conference call per illustrare i risultati di periodo agli analisti finanziari.

Financial Calendar 2024

Sabaf S.p.A. informs that the Board of Directors is expected to meet on the following days during 2024:

• March 19th, approval of 2023 draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements
• May 14th, approval of 2024 first quarter interim report
• September 5th, approval of 2024 half year report
• November 12th, approval of 2024 third quarter interim report

The annual general meeting will be called on 8th May 2024 to approve the financial statements as of 31st December 2023.

Sabaf's management will meet the financial community during the Euronext STAR Conference, scheduled from 19 to 21 March 2024.

On March 19th, May 14th, September 5th and November 12th at 4.00 pm CET the management of the Company will organize a conference call in order to present the quarterly results to the financial analysts.
