Financial calendar 2020

Sabaf S.p.A. informs that the Board of Directors is expected to meet on the following days during 2020:

• February 11th approval of 2019 fourth quarter interim report
• March 24th approval of 2019 draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements
• May 12th approval of 2020 first quarter interim report
• August 6th approval of 2020 half year report
• November 10th approval of 2020 third quarter interim report.

The annual general meeting will be called on 4 May 2020 to approve the financial statements as of 31 December 2019.

Sabaf's management will meet the financial community during the conferences organized by Borsa Italiana for STAR companies in Milan and in London.

On February 11th, May 12th, August 6th and November 10th at 4.00 pm CET the management of the Company will organize a conference call in order to present the quarterly results to the financial analysts.
