Financial calendar 2019

Sabaf S.p.A. informs that the Board of Directors is expected to meet on the following days during 2019:

• February 12th approval of 2018 fourth quarter interim report
• March 26th approval of 2018 draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements
• May 14th approval of 2019 first quarter interim report
• August 6th approval of 2019 half year report
• November 12th approval of 2019 third quarter interim report.

The annual general meeting will be called on 7 May 2019 to approve the financial statements as of 31 December 2018.

Sabaf's management will meet the financial community during the conferences organized by Borsa Italiana for STAR companies in Milan on 20 and 21 March and in London on 22 and 23 October.

On February 12th, May 14th, August 6th and November 12th at 3.00 pm CET the management of the Company will organize a conference call in order to present the quarterly results to the financial analysts.
