Financial calendar 2021

Sabaf S.p.A. informs that the Board of Directors is expected to meet on the following days during 2021:

• February 11th approval of 2020 fourth quarter interim report
• March 23rd approval of 2020 draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements
• May 13th approval of 2021 first quarter interim report
• August 3rd approval of 2021 half year report
• November 11th approval of 2021 third quarter interim report.

The annual general meeting will be called on 6 May 2021 to approve the financial statements as of 31 December 2020.

Sabaf's management will meet the financial community during the conferences organized by Borsa Italiana for STAR companies on 24 and 25 March 2021 and on 12 and 13 (or 14) October 2021.

On February 11th, May 13th, August 3rd and November 11th at 4.00 pm CET the management of the Company will organize a conference call in order to present the quarterly results to the financial analysts.
