DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 28 APRIL 2016

Sabaf S.p.A. wishes to announce that the draft financial statements for the year to 31 December 2015 and the consolidated financial statements of the Sabaf Group, along with all the attachments required by the laws in force, are available to the public at the registered office and in the Investors, Shareholders' meetings section of the Company website www.sabaf.it. Also available are:

• the 2015 Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure
• the 2015 Report on Remuneration
• the Board of Director's Reports on items on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting
• the declaration of acceptance of office by Mr. Alessandro Potestà candidate as a Director accompanied by his curriculum vitae and list of positions held in other companies.
