SABAF: CONCLUSO L'ACQUISTO DEL 100% DEL CAPITALE SOCIALE DI P.G.A. s.r.l.

Sabaf S.p.A. informa di avere perfezionato in data odierna l'acquisizione del 100% del capitale della società P.G.A. s.r.l., in esecuzione degli accordi già comunicati al mercato lo scorso 13 settembre.

Il Gruppo P.G.A. opera da oltre 25 anni nel campo della progettazione e dell'assemblaggio di schede elettroniche per il settore degli elettrodomestici ed è attivo con unità produttive a Fabriano (AN).

SABAF: ACQUISITION OF 100% SHARE CAPITAL OF P.G.A. s.r.l. CONCLUDED

Sabaf S.p.A. announces that today it has finalised the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the company P.G.A. s.r.l., in execution of the agreement already communicated to the market on 13 September 2022. The P.G.A. Group works since over 25 years in the field of design and assembly of electronic boards for the appliance sector and is active with production units in Fabriano (AN).
