Orientamento del CdA di Sabaf S.p.A. sulla composizione quantitativa e qualtativa del CdA Procedura per la presentazione di una lista per il rinnovo del CdA da parte del CdA uscente

Si rende noto che i documenti "Orientamento del Consiglio di Amministrazione sulla composizione quantitativa e qualitativa del Consiglio di Amministrazione ritenuta ottimale per il triennio 2024 - 2026" e "Procedura per la presentazione di una lista per il rinnovo del Consiglio di Amministrazione da parte del Consiglio di Amministrazione uscente" sono stati resi pubblici in data odierna e sono disponibili sul sito internet della Società alla pagina www.sabafgroup.com, sezione Corporate Governance - Principi e codici. Nel 2022 il Gruppo ha annunciato l'ingresso nel mercato dei componenti per la cottura a induzione.
