COMUNICAZIONE DELL'AMMONTARE COMPLESSIVO DEI DIRITTI DI VOTO (art. 85-bis, comma 4-bis, del Regolamento Emittenti)

Ospitaletto, 20 luglio 2021 – SABAF S.p.A. comunica che vi è stata la riconversione di n. 400.000 azioni con voto maggiorato in azioni ordinarie, ai sensi dell'art. 127-quinquies del T.u.f. e in applicazione di quanto previsto dallo statuto sociale.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE VOTING RIGHTS (Article 85-bis, section 4-bis, of Consob Regulation no. 11971)

Ospitaletto, July 20th, 2021 – SABAF S.p.A. hereby announces that there was the conversion of no 400,000 shares with increased vote in ordinary shares, pursuant to article 127-quinquies of Legislative Decree 58/98 and in application of the provisions of the by-laws.
