SABAF S.P.A. Integrazione al comunicato stampa dell'8 maggio 2024

Sabaf S.p.A., a integrazione del comunicato stampa diffuso in data 8 maggio 2024 con cui, tra l'altro, è stata resa nota la nomina del Consiglio di Amministrazione e del Collegio Sindacale in carica per il triennio 2024-2026, precisa che:

• i Consiglieri Pietro Iotti, Gianluca Beschi, Alessandro Potestà, Daniela Toscani, Francesca Michela Maurelli, Federica Menichetti e Laura Ciambellotti, sono stati eletti dalla lista di maggioranza presentata da Quaestio SGR S.p.A., il Consigliere Claudio Bulgarelli (Presidente) è stato eletto dalla lista di minoranza presentata da Fintel s.r.l. e il Consigliere Cinzia Saleri è stata eletta dalla lista di minoranza presentata da Cinzia Saleri S.a.p.A.;
• il Sindaco effettivo Alessandra Tronconi (Presidente) è stata eletta dalla lista di minoranza presentata da Cinzia Saleri S.a.p.A., i Sindaci effettivi Maria Alessandra Zunino de Pignier e Mauro Giorgio Vivenzi sono stati eletti dalla lista di maggioranza presentata da Quaestio SGR S.p.A.;
• sono inoltre stati nominati Sindaci supplenti Giovanna Marangoni, eletta dalla lista di maggioranza presentata da Quaestio SGR S.p.A., e Federico Pozzi, eletto dalla lista di minoranza presentata da Cinzia Saleri S.a.p.A..

SABAF S.P.A. Integration to the press release of May 8th 2024

Sabaf S.p.A., as an integration to the press release published on May 8th 2024, which – inter alia – informed about the appointment of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors for the three-year period 2024-2026, specifies that:

• the Directors Pietro Iotti, Gianluca Beschi, Alessandro Potestà, Daniela Toscani, Francesca Michela Maurelli, Federica Menichetti and Laura Ciambellotti were elected from the majority list submitted by Quaestio SGR S.p.A., the Director Claudio Bulgarelli (Chairman) was elected from the minority list submitted by Fintel s.r.l. and the Director Cinzia Saleri was elected from the minority list submitted by Cinzia Saleri S.a.p.A.;
• the Statutory Auditor Alessandra Tronconi (Chairman) was elected from the minority list submitted by Cinzia Saleri S.a.p.A., the Statutory Auditors Maria Alessandra Zunino de Pignier and Mauro Giorgio Vivenzi were elected from the majority list submitted by Quaestio SGR S.p.A.;
• the alternate auditors, Giovanna Marangoni, from the majority list submitted by Quaestio SGR S.p.A., and Federico Pozzi, from the minority list submitted by Cinzia Saleri S.a.p.A., were also appointed.
