New number of shares and votes in Saab

The number of shares and votes in Saab AB has changed due to the completion of the share split resolved by the Annual General Meeting 2024.

As of 31 May 2024, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares in Saab amount to 543.383.388, whereof 9.535.612 A shares and 533.847.776 B shares, corresponding to 629.203.896 votes in total.
