Reduction of Capital Effective

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 13 September 2022, the reduction of capital required to effect the cancellation of the C ordinary shares resulting from the capitalisation of its merger reserve and the cancellation of its share premium account has become effective. This follows the Court order approving the reduction of capital having been registered with Companies House on 21 September 2022.

The Company no longer has any C ordinary shares in issue.
