Notification of a transaction by a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

The Company received notification on 8 August 2022 that 869 Capital, LLC had bought 10,000 ordinary shares of £0.25 each at an average price of £1.344216 each (for an aggregate price of £13,442.16). 869 Capital, LLC is deemed to be a PCA of Margaret Ma Connolly, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, because 869 Capital, LLC is an investment company wholly owned by the Ma Connolly Family Trust.

Following this purchase, Margaret Ma Connolly is interested in 19,523 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.0035% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
