The Company was notified on 5 February 2021 that Lawshare Nominees Limited, the nominee of a self-invested pension plan which is a PCA of Peter Miles Young, a non-executive director, had acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company.

Following the above acquisition, the PCA holds 50,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
