Change of auditor

S4Capital plc (SFOR.L) announces that the Company's Board, with oversight from the Audit Committee, has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") as the independent auditor of the S4Capital Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2018. The appointment of PwC has effect from today.

The appointment of PwC as independent auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2019 will be subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the next annual general meeting of the Company to be held in 2019.

The Company's outgoing auditor, haysmacintyre, has confirmed that there are no circumstances connected with its resignation which it considers should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Group. The Board would like to thank haysmacintyre for its service as auditor since the Company's founding.
