LAPSE IN EMPLOYEE OPTIONS

S2 Resources Ltd (“S2” or the “Company”) advises of following lapses to options issued under the unlisted employee share option plan, unlisted director share option plan and unlisted service provider option plan. All options have lapsed on their own terms.

• 9,050,000 Options expiring 6 October 2020 at an exercise price of $0.61

• 1,000,000 Options expiring 6 October 2020 at an exercise price of $0.35

• 300,000 Options expiring 20 October 2021 at an exercise price of $0.23

• 300,000 Options expiring 27 November 2022 at an exercise price of $0.14

• 200,000 Options expiring 2 December 2023 at an exercise price of $0.30
