DATE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, S2 Resources Limited (ASX: S2R) (the Company) announces that it intends to hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Friday, 12 November 2021.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday 29 September 2021.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on Tuesday 29 September.
