S2 Resources Ltd (ASX:S2R) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of S2 Resources Ltd (‘S2R’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of S2R, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 2 November 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

S2 RESOURCES LIMITED (ASX CODE: S2R) - TRADING HALT REQUEST

S2 Resources Ltd (ASX: S2R, “Company”) requests that the securities of the Company be placed in trading halt from the commencement of trading on 29 October 2021.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, and in support of its request, the Company advises that:

1. the trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company to the market in relation to its Australian exploration operations;

2. it requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the time it makes an announcement to the market in relation to its Australian exploration operations and the commencement of normal trading on 2 November 2021; and

3. it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
