LAPSE IN EMPLOYEE OPTIONS

S2 Resources Ltd (“S2” or the “Company”) advises of lapses to options issued under the unlisted employee (ESOP) share option plan options as follows:

200,000 ESOP 31 cent options expired 17 April 2020 have lapsed on their own terms.
