QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT ADDENDUM

Further to Listing Rule 5.3.5, in the Appendix 5B recently released by S2 Resources Ltd (“S2” or the “Company”), at item 6.1, the Company reported aggregate amount payments to related parties totalling $147,000. These payments related to salaries and fees paid to directors in the quarter including superannuation.
