S2 Resources Ltd (ASX: S2R) advises that 8,400,000 fully paid ordinary shares, issued on 29th November 2015 as consideration for the purchase of the remaining 33% of Norse Exploration Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of S2 Resources Ltd, will be released from voluntary escrow on 29 November 2016 at the expiry of the agreed 12 month escrow period.
