S2 Resources Limited (ASX: S2R) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of S2 Resources Limited (‘S2R’) will be halted at the request of S2R, pending the release of an announcement by S2R.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 10 June 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

• S2R’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

RE: REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT S2 RESOURCES LIMITED (ASX: S2R)

S2 Resources Limited (the Company ) requests that the securities of the Company be placed in a trading halt from the commencement of trading on 5 June 2025.

For purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, and in support of its request, the Company advises that:

1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company to the market in relation to a capital raising;

2. It requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the time it makes an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising and the commencement of normal trading on 10 June 2025; and

3. It is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
