CHANGE IN EMPLOYEE OPTIONS

S2 Resources Ltd (“S2” or the “Company”) advises of changes to unlisted employee (ESOP) share option plan options as follows:

The following ESOP options have lapsed on their own terms:

• 200,000 ESOP 31 cent options expiring 17 April 2020,

• 100,000 ESOP 61 cent options expiring 6 October 2020,

• 200,000 ESOP 23 cent options expiring 20 October 2021.
