CHANGE IN EMPLOYEE AND SERVICE PROVIDER OPTIONS
S2 Resources Ltd (“S2” or the “Company”) advises of changes to unlisted employee (ESOP) and service provider (SPSOP) share option plan options as follows:
ESOP options
- 100,000 ESOP 61 cent options expiring 6 October 2020 have lapsed on their own terms.
SPSOP options
-
250,000 SPSOP 31 cent options expiring 14 September 2019 have lapsed on their own terms

200,000 SPSOP 31 cent options expiring 17 April 2020 have lapsed on their own terms.

2,150,000 SPSOP 61 cent options expiring 6 October 2020 have lapsed on their own terms.

500,000 SPSOP 31 cent options expiring 14 September 2019 now have to be exercised by no later than 31 May 2017 on their own terms. If these options are not exercised by that date, these 500,000 SPSOP 31 cent options will lapse on their own terms.
