S2 Resources Ltd (“S2” or the “Company”) advises that Anthony (Tony) Walsh has been appointed as Company Secretary effective immediately following Anna Neuling’s resignation as Company Secretary during her parental leave.

Tony Walsh has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with listed companies, ASX, ASIC and corporate transactions including 14 years with the ASX in Perth where he acted as ASX liaison with the JORC committee, four years as Chairman of an ASX listed mining explorer and as a director of a London AIM listed explorer. Tony is also Company Secretary and a director of Atlas Iron Limited and Company Secretary of Legend Mining Ltd.

Tony is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Tony Walsh will be taking over Anna Neuling’s company secretarial, chief commercial officer and executive responsibilities during her parental leave.

Anna will continue to take an active role with the company during the period as a non-executive director. This will enable continuity for the Company and will ensure that the benefits of Anna’s understanding of the Company and expertise are not lost to the Company during this period.
