Company Secretary Re-appointment and Resignation

Key points

• Anna Neuling has been re-appointed as Company Secretary and Executive Director – Corporate and Commercial following her return from parental leave

• Tony Walsh has resigned as Company Secretary following Ms Neuling’s return from parental leave.

S2 Resources Ltd (“S2” or the “Company”) advises that Anna Neuling has been re-appointed as Company Secretary and Executive Director – Corporate and Commercial following her return from parental leave. Anna remained a non-executive director during her leave but is now resuming executive responsibilities. Anthony (Tony) Walsh has resigned as Company Secretary following Ms Neuling’s return.

The Company would like to thank Mr Walsh for taking over Anna Neuling’s company secretarial, commercial and executive responsibilities during her parental leave, and the Company wishes Tony well in his other company secretarial and director roles.
