Outcome of AGM

The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Company's AGM were passed.

In addition, at the conclusion of the AGM, Robert Hewitt informed the meeting that he had decided to retire, so would be standing down as Chairman and from the board.  The board thanked Robert for his service and wished him well in his retirement.
