Block Listing Application
The Board of S&U plc announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 4,835 Ordinary Shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
The application is in respect of the Ordinary Shares that may fall to be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
The Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, be fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares. Admission is expected to occur on Friday 10 December 2021.
