Notice of Investor Presentation

S&U plc, the specialist motor and property bridging financier, announces that the Group will host an investor presentation on Tuesday 8 October 2024, following the release of its Interim Results for the 6 months ended 31 July 2024.

The management team will provide a live presentation for investors via the Investor Meet Company platform at 12:00pm UK time on the day of results.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9:00 am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.

Although the Group may not be in a position to answer every question it receives, it will address the most prominent within the confines of its disclosure obligations.

Responses to the Q&A from the live presentation will be published at the earliest opportunity on the Investor Meet Company platform.
