Annual Report and Accounts

Following release on 8 April 2020 of the preliminary results for the year to 31 January 2020, the Company announces that the 2020 Annual Report and Accounts are now available on its website at www.suplc.co.uk.

The notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at 12.30pm on 9 June 2020 and an explanatory AGM letter from the Chairman together with an AGM proxy form are also now available on the website.

Please note that in light of the COVID-19 pandemic shareholders are not allowed to attend the Annual General Meeting in person this year and are kindly requested to submit votes by proxy. No business will be considered at the Annual General Meeting other than the resolutions in the notice. The Q&A which would have taken place at the 2020 AGM will be held as a separate event by conference call at 2.00pm on Tuesday 9 June 2020. All shareholders are welcome to take part and details on how to access the conference call are set out in note 9 of the AGM notice.

The Annual report and AGM documents are being mailed to those shareholders who still elect to receive documents in hard copy form. Copies will also be uploaded to the national storage mechanism viewing facility and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
