S & U plc ("S & U") Proposed Disposal of Loansathome4u to Non-Standard Finance plc

The Board of S&U are pleased to announce that the Circular to shareholders in respect of the disposal of Loansathome4u and convening a general meeting of the Company has been published today.  A copy of the Circular, together with the notice of general meeting, can now be downloaded from the Company's website www.suplc.co.uk and copies will shortly be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy information from the Company.

The General Meeting has been convened at the Nuthurst Grange Hotel, Hockley Heath, Warwickshire B94 5NL at 11.00am on 3 August 2015.

A copy of the Circular has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
