Directorate changes

S&U plc (LSE: SUS), the specialist motor finance and bridging financier, announces with some sadness the retirement on 2 October 2023 of Demetrios Markou MBE FCA from the S&U Board.  Demetrios has made an enormous contribution to the Group over the past 25 years with his sage advice and careful chairmanship of our Audit Committee.

Demetrios's place as Chairman of the Audit Committee has been filled by Graham Pedersen and Graham's place as Chairman of the Nomination Committee has been filled by Jeremy Maxwell.

These disclosures together with a further update of our business progress were also made in our interim results announcement dated 3 October 2023.

There is no further information requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.11 of the UKLA listing rules.
