Following release on 28 March 2023 of the preliminary results for the year to 31 January 2023, the Company announces that the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts have been signed by the auditors and following preparation by our publishers will be available on our website during week commencing 24 April 2023.

The Annual report and AGM documents will also be mailed to those shareholders who still elect to receive documents in hard copy form also during week commencing 24 April 2023.
