Notice of Results
S&U plc, the specialist motor finance and property bridging lender, announces that the publication of the Group's preliminary Results for the period ended 31 January 2020 will now be on Wednesday 8 April 2020.
S&U had initially stated the publication of its 2020 preliminary results would be on 24 March 2020. However, as detailed in RNS number 1168H, dated 23 March 2020, publication was delayed at the request of the Financial Conduct Authority owing to events surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak.
There will be a webinar / conference call for equity analysts at 09:30 on the day of results, 8 April 2020, hosted by Chairman, Anthony Coombs; Deputy Chairman, Graham Coombs; Group FD, Chris Redford; and CEO of Advantage Finance, Graham Wheeler.
