S&U were advised today that Keith Smith, Director of S&U, has today purchased 150 S&U Ordinary Shares at £20.9675 per share.

Following this purchase, the beneficial holding of Keith Smith is 27,150 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2% of the total voting rights of the Company.
