Director/PDMR Shareholdings

S&U were advised yesterday that Anthony Coombs, Chairman of S&U, had on 7th July 2016 purchased 500 S&U Ordinary Shares at £22.47 per share. Graham Coombs, Deputy Chairman of S&U also purchased 500 S&U Ordinary Shares at £22.47 per share on 7th July 2016.

Following his purchase, the beneficial holding of Anthony Coombs is 1,341,527 Ordinary Shares representing 11.2% of the total voting rights of the Company. Following his purchase, the beneficial holding of Graham Coombs is 1,571,457 Ordinary Shares representing 13.2% of the total voting rights of the Company.

In addition to the above holdings, Grevayne Properties Limited, a Company beneficially controlled by Anthony Coombs and Graham Coombs, hold 298,048 Ordinary Shares representing 2.5% of the total voting rights of the Company.
