Director/PDMR Shareholding

S&U were advised today that Anthony Coombs (Chairman), has today sold 16,800 Ordinary Shares in S&U at 1558p in order to assist in meeting market demand. Following this sale, the beneficial holding of Anthony Coombs is 1,453,427 Ordinary Shares representing 12.3% of the total voting rights of the Company.

In addition to the above holdings, Grevayne Properties Limited, a company beneficially controlled by Anthony Coombs and Graham Coombs, hold 298,048 Ordinary Shares representing 2.5% of the total voting rights of the Company.
