S & U PLC ("S&U" or "the Company")

Director/PDMR and PCA Shareholding and Notification of Major Interest in Shares

S&U were advised today that Mrs CMG Coombs has on 1 May 2024, transferred 24,400 Ordinary Shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at nil cost in two tranches of which: 12,200 Ordinary Shares to Anthony Coombs, Chairman of S&U; and 12,200 Ordinary Shares to Graham Coombs, Deputy Chairman of S&U.

Following this transfer, the beneficial shareholding of Mrs CMG Coombs is 75,601 Ordinary Shares representing 0.6% of the total voting rights of the Company. The beneficial shareholding of Anthony Coombs is 1,224,009 Ordinary Shares representing 10.1% of the total voting rights of the Company, and the beneficial shareholding of Graham Coombs is 1,650,819 Ordinary Shares representing 13.6% of the total voting rights of the Company.

In addition to the above holdings, Grevayne Properties Limited, a company beneficially controlled by Anthony Coombs and Graham Coombs, holds 379,123 Ordinary Shares representing 3.1% of the total voting rights of the Company.
